CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing the order by calling us @ +91 8105139191 with the Order Id and registered number. After 60 minutes, the orders cannot be cancelled while there is an option to return the product if it adheres to the return policy listed below.
Refund process will follow the steps listed under the ‘Refund’ section post the cancellation approval.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 3 day return policy. The return request should be raised with us by calling on our customer care number or emailing on connect@simpelsoul.in with the order ID.
What can be returned?
You receive a faulty or defective product.
You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
What products can NOT be returned?
Items that are opened cannot be accepted.
Due to health & safety reasons, we do not accept products that are intimate like sanitary goods, personal care and hygiene items, beauty materials.
Conditions for returning products
The products must be returned in the original condition they were received along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
Brand packaging should be intact;
Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
REFUND (if applicable)
Refunds usually take 12-14 days to process and appear in your bank account after the cancellation/return request is approved. The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you don’t get refund after 15 days, please write to us with orderID at connect@simplesoul.in
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after the duration of 14 days, please check your bank account.
Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale & Discount items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale & discount items, cannot be refunded
