I have been regularly purchasing from Simple Soul for several months now. Though made by small, local entrepreneurs, many of the groceries such as dosa rice and cold pressed oils and ready to eat foods like jams are excellent. The company itself is very proactive if any issues are faced by the customer. This has been my experience. Hopefully, this culture of responsiveness will continue as they expand, which they surely will as all they have all the right qualities.
Great site to buy a bunch of organic products. I specifically like the banana chips, and the cold pressed oil. I used to buy organic products by visiting stores. I never really could trust the authenticity. During lockdown due to covid-19, I stumbled across simple soul and found organic products that has information regarding the source of the product. I brought groceries through their online portal. Their delivery service is on par with the some of the big names. I also could order fresh fruits like passion fruit, Avocados as well. I am looking forward to next seasonal fruit.

The quality of products is worth buying. I had a good experience of using organic products that too at very very reasonable prices.
Good range of products; good service. Fresh veggies and fruit. If a product isn't fresh, they'll tell you and will not send it. But they have to get the online ordering process streamlined asap. Also at the time of order one needs to know what is available/not, not at time of delivery. If these two issues- esp the first- are sorted, happy to use Simple Soul as our regular veggie and grocery store.
